Hotel is clean and is undergoing renovation. Our room was freshly repainted and recarpeted. Hotel is 4 floors. We stayed on the third and heard people running around upstairs all night.
I relocated out of state, but anytime I come back to visit family, I always choose the Hilton West Bloomfield. The main reason is Chris. Her rapport, professionalism, and genuine care truly make my stays worth it and keep me coming back. During this visit, there were a couple of room-related mistakes, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, I wasn’t advised ahead of time about the construction, and I was woken up a few times due to banging noises. Chris wasn’t on-site at the time the issues occurred, but once I shared my concerns with her, she stepped in and did what she could to make the situation better, which I truly appreciated. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the customer service—especially from Chris—continues to stand out, and that’s why this remains my go-to hotel when I’m in the area.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless—cleaning was clearly a top priority and it showed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and quality service!
Great service at this hotel. While there may be problems during my stay, they have always addressed anything promptly. The staff are friendly and the common areas are clean.
I had to call twice for a maintenance issue before it was fixed and a couple was given incorrect room information. Luckily the cleaning help was not there to let them in, and I was in the room at the time they tried to enter, really surprising them when I opened the door. Other than that it was a decent stay. There are multiple shops nearby which worked to my benefit.
Chris at the front desk was a delightful professional. Welcomed us as family, provided us water and directed us best spot to park as we arrived later. Pool was clean but a little cold. We'd def stay again if needed. Breakfast was great.
We used the Hampton Inn West Bloomfield Novi as our wedding weekend hotel for out-of-town guests, and we (bride and groom) also stayed there. It was the perfect choice! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a hit—waffles (regular and chocolate!) with whipped cream, eggs, cereal, and more. There were plenty of room and seating in the lobby, which made it easy for us and our loved ones to gather together throughout the weekend. There’s also a pool and workout room (though we didn’t have time to use them). Michelle and Kris at the front desk are amazing. Michelle helped us out with early check in, and when something was wrong with the room, both ladies went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was great, and our stay was relaxing.
